Amsterdam Server Problem

Just received this info from BinaryBoy.com's Usenet provider about a problem affecting the Amsterdam server:

A fiber provider has had a major fiber cut between Amsterdam and Frankfurt. We have rerouted traffic around the cut on our diverse paths, but downstream networks are also affected by the fiber cut. There currently is no estimated time of repair but we are in close contact with our fiber provider and will pass along information as we receive it.

Impact:
Users in Germany may experience reduced download speeds.

nyc.binaryboy.com and phx.binaryboy.com are not affected.

The program will download until the 30 day trial ends and then it won't open a search session anymore.

Are any errors displayed on the Log tab? Press Alt-A to open the download folder. Did anything download there?

Go to the File menu and click Open Parts Folder. Did any of the parts download there?

Go to the Settings, go to the Search Strings tab and try unchecking the filename filter.

Also... to the left of the subject there will be an icon. A full green disk means the file is completely available on the server. A broken disk means at least one part is missing.
