Ocasionally on exit Binary Boy will report files remaining in the decoding queue long after the download or may report an access violation. It looks like a tricky memory corruption problem somewhere. I'm now able to reproduce this and am searching for the cause. It appears that all files are decoded properly but some ghost copies of the decoding jobs remain in the queue and are causing problems.
