If you have a 75GB account on the Binary Boy news servers and your speed is throttled even though you haven't reached 75GB, please let me know and I'll create an alternate account for you until the problem is fixed. My provider is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.

I have an unlimmited account, but am throttled after 75 gigs.

Yes, that's the Virtually Unlimited account and the throttle kicks in after 75GB. The problem is if it kicks in before 75GB.

I guess I didn't read the fineprint. . . How is it virtually unlimmited. It sounds to me like it is the limmit is 75gigs.

How does one get an a truly unlimmted account?

It's virtually unlimited because you can continue downloading beyond 75GB. But that confusion is one reason why new accounts have a hard limit. The other reason is that a high percentage of Binary Boy customers tend to be heavy downloaders and it's the light users who actually pay for the service so economically it doesn't work very well at $17.95.

Would you like to be switched over to a hard limit of 100GB at your current subscription price?
