Unable to logon

No matter what I do I keep getting a message "Unable to logon,502 max connections reached"
Why is that. I have not been able to download anything and I did pay and get nothing.

Please help.

I was able to reproduce the problem with your account on two servers a few minutes ago but now it's working. Try again.

If the problem happens again, you can see how many connections are actually created by going to the command-line (Start | Run | cmd.exe) and typing in netstat

Count how many connections in the ESTABLISHED state have "nntp" or "119" after the foreign address. Please let me know how many are actually connected when the error happens.
