Control Panel Not Reporting Usage

The control panel will show 0 usage for all accounts right now because the web server has a new IP address that hasn't yet been authorized to access the provider's site. The actual totals are being set correctly on the database server. Hopefully they will authorize the IP today.

The IP address has been authorized now but my web host has made a change that broke the script. A support ticket is open for that and I'm waiting for the response. None of this will affect existing accounts. New accounts could see a slight delay because they need to be created manually.

It's working now.
