Concurrent connections increase ?

Is there a plan to increase the number of open connections to keep up with giganews which now allows 10 concurrent connections ?

i second that. As a matter of fact lets make it 20 as giganews lets you have upto 20
simultaneous connections

Giganews now allows for 20 concurrent connections btw. You just have to pay a few dollars more which is definitely worth it in my opinion. I would also like to see an increase in simultaneous downloads and also increase in how many threads BB can open when downloading headers. Right now it only does one thread so for groups with millions of headers it takes more than a day to finish.

Did you try the latest build? It has 32 download connections. It still only has one for headers though.
