The history file optionally records the name of each file and the id of each article that is successfully downloaded and decoded so you don't waste time downloading the same thing twice.

Remember filenames for xxx days.

Records each downloaded filename so the same file isn't downloaded again.  It holds each filename for the number of days specified before deleting the entry.

Do not remember numeric filenames

Allows filenames containing nothing but digits and an extension (such as 1234.jpg) to be downloaded even if the same filename has already been downloaded.

Auto save every nnn minutes

Automatically saves the history file every few minutes instead of only at shutdown.

Remember Message Ids for xxx days.

Every article has a unique id.  Binary Boy can remember each downloaded id so you don't download the same article again.

Delete

If the list contains filenames that you want to download, you will have to remove them from the list or temporarily disable the filename history.  Select the filenames you want to delete and click the delete button.

Close

Closes the history file window.

Import

Load filenames from a text file, folder or disk/CD and optionally search subfolders.  Text files should contain one filename per line.

The file list

These files have already been downloaded.  Binary Boy will not attempt to download any of the files listed.  To remove filenames from the list, select the names and click the delete button.
