In addition to searching the history file for already downloaded files, Binary Boy can also scan a list of folders.  Enter one folder name per line in the edit box:

D:\Pictures

C:\Program Files\Binary Boy\Attachments

The destination folder is scanned automatically so adding it to the list is unnecessary.
