Switching BB to a New Computer from an Old One

I have a new computer and I'd Like to move my BB from my existing computer to the new one. Can anyone help me with how to do this?

When I find the time, I'd like to make it automatic so it's a simple export/import. The various files are scattered in multiple folders and different versions do things differently so it's really a pain for anyone to do manually.
