download folder?

Hi Admin, i have downloaded an article, according to the log tab it has been downloaded, but i cannot locate it, it's not in attachment's or parts folders, can you advise please?

It may have been blocked by the history if you downloaded it before. You can disable the history from File | History File. Uncheck the two "Remember" options.

You can also override these settings by right-clicking the result and clicking "Force Download" in the pop up menu.
