Blog software opinions?

Which blog software is most convenient and easy to use? I'm considering generating the http://www.binaryboy.com/patch.php page with something a little more convenient than notepad and batch files. :-) Minimum features:

<UL>
<LI>Repeatedly edit and save an entry offline until ready to publish</LI>
<LI>Upload and generate RSS feed with a single click</LI>
<LI>Easily customizable layout</LI>
</UL>

I'm assuming most blog apps have these features. What's important is that it's simple and easy to use.
