The Progress tab displays the subject and progress for each download connection.  You can change the number of connections from the Server tab in the settings.

Stop - Stop all downloads without removing the articles from the queue.

Go - Start downloading articles again.

Skip All - Stop all downloads and clear the queue.

Skip - Cancel this download and remove the article from the queue.  All other downloads will continue.

Skip File - Cancel all downloads for the same file.  This is an easy way to skip a file that's split across several articles.

Skip Similar - Cancel this download and any others with similar subjects.  When comparing subjects, Binary Boy first strips common prefixes such as "Re:" and "REPOST", then makes two comparisons. If the subjects are the same except for digits or if the first third of the subject matches exactly, they are considered similar and are skipped.
